SUNDAY MORNING RESET

A gentle, grounding yoga class to help you release the week behind you and begin the next one feeling calm, clear, and supported. This practice blends light stretching, intentional movement, and mindful breathing to help you ease into your Sunday morning and reset before the week ahead.

Class is held every other Sunday, at 7:30am MST. via Zoom.

Please register early to ensure timely delivery of your confirmation email, and allow time for Zoom prep. Registration closes 10 minutes before class starts.

About The Instructor

Hi, I’m Kristina.

Hi, I’m Kristina. I’m a mom to two little girls, and yoga has been a deeply meaningful part of my life for many years. I dove into my practice shortly after having my first baby, during a time when I was experiencing health challenges that eventually led me to my mat.

Over the past 10 years, yoga has led me not only through trainings and teaching—both online and in person—but also into community. Along the way, I’ve met so many amazing people, each with their own beautiful and unique story. This practice has given me a space to ground myself and the motivation to make meaningful changes so I can live a happier, healthier life—for myself and for my family.

I’m so excited for you to begin (or deepen) your yoga journey. These Sunday Morning Reset classes are a gentle invitation to honor yourself, honor your journey, and find inspiration to live a happy, healthy, joy-filled life.
