I’m a certified yoga instructor with over 500 hours of training, including pre- and postnatal certification completed while pregnant with my second baby.
I began my yoga practice in 2016 after experiencing health challenges following the birth of my first child. Yoga became the place where I learned how to slow down, reconnect, and reset.
Sunday Morning Reset is a gentle, grounding practice designed to help you release the week behind you and step into the new week ahead feeling calm, clear, and supported. In a world that constantly pulls us in every direction, this space is an invitation to pause, breathe, and come back to yourself.
